Publicis Groupe-backed Moroch Latino/ Leo Burnett USA plans a fourth-quarter campaign to back the launch of Al Dia, a Spanish-language daily newspaper published by The Dallas Morning News. The effort will primarily target Spanish-dominant speakers in Dallas, with bilingual speakers the secondary target. The Dallas agency last week beat out Ornelas & Associates and Omnicom-backed Cultura, both in Dallas, for the business. Spending was not disclosed.
