Capital One Bank has expanded its relationship with MDC Partners’ Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners, awarding the agency advertising chores.
 
New York-based KBS+P, through its Company C specialized marketing unit has handled direct for Capital One Credit Cards since 2004, and digital duties since 2006.
 
Last year, Capital One Bank spent $27 million in measured media, per Nielsen. Through September of this year, it spent $28 million. KBS+P will handle print, out-of-home, radio, digital and nontraditional marketing.
