BOSTON Independent McCarthy Mambro Bertino has replaced MDC Partners’ Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners in the review for the creative portion of Baskin-Robbins’ $10 million ad account, the client has confirmed.

MMB here entered the fray after New York-based KB+P withdrew earlier this month. Also contending are Interpublic Group’s Mullen in Wenham, Mass., and Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos here; Omnicom Group’s TBWA\Chiat\Day in New York; and independent incumbent VitroRobertson in San Diego.

A decision is expected in mid-May.
