NEW YORK Miramax Films said it is returning its media buying duties to independent Palisades Media Group, which handled the assignment from 1996 until April 2003. The client, a Walt Disney unit, spends an estimated $250 million on ads.

For the past year, the work has been with Publicis Groupe’s Zenith Media.
