Mintz & Hoke has promoted Heidi Lamar to vice president and director of information technologies from IT manager. She reports to chief financial officer Ron Perine at the independent agency in Avon, Conn. Perine noted her overall high performance and ability to handle crisis situations as key factors in her promotion. In her new position, Lamar will oversee all administrative staff and IT services, such as computer networks and telecommunications. Lamar has been with the agency for eight years.
