Mintz & Hoke has promoted Patrick Kiniry to art director. Kiniry, 28, will be responsible for designing ads, collateral and other graphic materials. He previously had been a production artist at the independent marketing agency in Avon, Conn. Prior to joining Mintz & Hoke, Kiniry was a freelance graphic designer, and he has also worked at Bristol Today.
