BOSTON Mintz & Hoke has debuted a “Teen Panel” Web site for Greenfield Online, a company that specializes in data collection for research firms.

The independent shop in Avon, Conn., said it attempted to provide an environment where 10-18 year olds feel empowered by their opinions and motivated to sign up to answer consumer surveys.

To demonstrate how their input can influence product development, the site (www.whaddyaknow.com) features a “Why Surveys Are Cool” section that provides examples of how companies use teen responses to develop or modify products such as pizza, toys and candy.
