Raven Jemison, evp of business operations at the Milwaukee Bucks, joined Adweek to discuss being a leader and operator of a diverse and inclusive sports company and how players on and off the court are driving change. 

Pivoting to the ‘new normal’

Jemison’s first year with the Bucks has been anything but normal, but she said it has pushed the organization to new heights in terms of innovation and purpose. 

“When I started with the Bucks in February, we had zero fans—our players were playing in front of no fans,” she said.
