There is one software company that has some fresh ideas about the post-pandemic state of work, given its history defining how professionals have worked for the past 35 years. “Microsoft has been studying work and how people collaborate for decades,” said Colette Stallbaumer, general manager of Microsoft 365 and Future of Work. “It was important [even] before the pandemic.”
