DALLAS Mangan Holcomb Rainwater Culpepper has promoted Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl to principal and vice president of client and public relations services.
Tallach Vogelpohl was previously vice president of public relations. She joins Steve Holcomb, David Rainwater and Chip Culpepper as principals of the Little Rock, Ark.-based shop.
According to Holcomb, agency president and chief executive officer, Tallach Vogelpohl’s promotion came as Rainwater vacated his account services role to assume the newly created position of chief operating officer.
