NEW YORK Margeotes Fertitta Powell has pulled out of the review for HIP Health Plan of New York’s $10 million account, citing workload, according to an agency representative.

It is the second shop to withdraw from the pitch. Independent ML Rogers in New York withdrew before finalists were chosen.

Still in contention are Interpublic Group’s Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos and Gotham, both in New York, sources said. It was unclear if the client would choose a semifinalist to replace MFP in the final round.
