Independent Meyer & Wallis in Milwaukee has reset top management following the departure of president Scott Rackham, 36, over what executives last week called differences in philosophy. CEO Bob Meyer, 67, added the president’s title and additional client and new-business chores. Bob Bourgeois, 42, formerly vp and director of account management, was named svp and COO, focusing on new business and overall agency operations. Bourgeois’ previous title and client role were filled by Murray Friedman, 50, most recently vp and director of marketing at North Shore Bank.
