Tivoli Partners has promoted Marcia Merrill from senior account executive to account director. In her new position, Merrill will continue her areas of focus in customer satisfaction and proactive retention. Prior to joining the Charlotte, N.C., shop, Merrill was vice president at both Bank of America and Wachovia. The agency has also appointed Tom Groonell director of client services. Groonell comes to Tivoli from Brouillard Communications in New York, where he served as a partner and managing director.
