ATLANTA Merkle Direct Marketing said it has launched a professional services group that will develop database marketing solutions for the shop’s current and future clients.

The Lanham, Md., agency delivers database marketing services to clients across the U.S., such as Dell, Geico Insurance and AARP. Through its Knowledge Centers, the shop said it is able to analyze, create, execute and measure campaign results.

According to CEO and president David Williams, the professional services group has been created specifically to serve the shop’s publicly and privately traded companies as well as its nonprofit clients.
