NEW YORK — Interpublic Group of Cos.’ Initiative Media North America will merge its directory marketing division with the Wahlstrom & Company and Bozell Yellow Pages into one directory marketing company called Wahlstrom Group, Initiative representatives said.
Wahlstrom Group will operate as a unit of Initiative Media. The company will be headquartered in Stamford, CT, with other full service offices in Chicago; Dallas; Irvine, CA; Los Angeles; Louisville; Minneapolis; Morris Plains, NJ; Philadelphia and Toronto, Canada.
