Automotive maker Mercedes-Benz has begun a “comprehensive” review of its global marketing and communications as it merges the two areas to create better global brand consistency.

The company will reorganize the marketing and communication activities, which will be headed by Bettina Fetzer, vice president of global marketing at Mercedes-Benz AG, while Jörg Howe will move to Daimler Truck as special representative for external affairs and communications.
