BOSTON The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has issued a request for proposal for a public relations firm to conduct research on Medicare communications materials and strategies, the client confirmed.

The budget for a one-year contract is $5 million. RFPs are due back June 15, with a decision expected in September.
