MediaVest Names Planning, Research Chiefs

NEW YORK Publicis Groupe’s MediaVest has named presidents for its planning and research operations, both new posts at the agency.

Lisa Donohue has been promoted to president of connections strategy, and Jim Kite upped to president of connections research and analytics.

Both executives report to Bill Tucker, who was advanced to CEO of MediaVest USA in April.

“Lisa and Jim’s contributions and leadership have helped build MediaVest into the powerhouse it is today,” said Tucker. “As MediaVest continues to evolve, we could ask for no better talent.”

Donohue was previously evp, managing director. She now oversees all aspects of the agency’s planning discipline, setting vision and strategy for the overall offering. In addition, she continues to lead two of the shop’s accounts: Masterfoods and Procter & Gamble.

Kite had been evp, director of insights, research and accountability. In addition to research, Kite will now run the shop’s consumer context planning and consumer intelligence disciplines.
