Media General South Carolina Community Newspapers has named David Hedge regional advertising director. He will oversee ad-sales operations for The Morning News, a Florence, S.C.-based daily newspaper. Previously, Hedge was retail and national sales manager at The Macon Telegraph in Macon, Ga. He succeeds Mark Wilson, who left to pursue a career in North Carolina.
