NEW YORK Auditing company MediaAnalysisPlus has formed a strategic partnership with M3 Alliance Consulting, a marketing concern focused on the Hispanic market.

The need for auditing along with the increasing potency of the Hispanic market brought the two companies together, said Jim Surmanek, chief executive officer of Denver-based MAP.

“Almost 20 percent of major advertisers have a focused Hispanic marketing effort,” said Surmanek. “Combine this with the 11 percent growth in ad dollars directed to the Hispanic market for 2002 over 2001, and you have a powerful reason why advertisers must optimize their return on investment.
