McKinney + Silver has hired three employees and promoted one staffer. Lee Newman, group account director, comes to the Raleigh, N.C., shop from Fallon in Minneapolis, where he was account director. Denis Budniewski, group account director, will work on the agency’s Nasdaq stock market account. Previously, Budniewski was senior vice president, management director and regional account director at Saatchi & Saatchi in New York.
