In an effort to avoid conflicts and build its design discipline, McGarrah/Jessee has opened Chaos Concept Manufacturing, the agency said. The six- person unit of the Austin, Texas, independent will focus on logos, brochures, packaging and annual reports. Senior designer Derrit DeRouen will handle day-to-day duties, reporting to agency co-founder Mark McGarrah.
