McDonald’s is returning to a familiar perch with a spot that will air before the coin toss at Sunday’s Super Bowl, similar to what the fast-food chain did at last year’s Big Game.

The commercial, created by its agency of record Wieden+Kennedy, pays tribute to the drive-thru, which has played a pivotal role for many restaurant chains during the pandemic.

The ad begins with a driver singing along to The Proclaimers’ “I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)” as the brand’s famous Golden Arches hover just above the tree line.
