McDonald's Swedish Campaign Sees 5,000 People Correctly Play 'I'm Lovin' It' Using Their Phones

Nearly 5,000 people in Sweden have cracked the code of McDonald’s secret phone number—which could be discovered by playing the brand’s famous jingle on the keypad on their phones. Those who figured out the number won an exclusive golden card.

The competition, titled “The Golden Number,” created by Nord DDB, tasked entrants to use the keypad on their phones to play the brand’s “I’m Lovin’ It” theme to discover the correct combination of numbers. They then had to dial in for the chance to win a card loaded with money to spend at McDonald’s restaurants across the country.
