NEW YORK Newell Rubbermaid has expanded its relationship with McCann-Erickson, which has handled its flagship Rubbermaid brand since May 2001.

The New York agency was awarded creative duties this week on Goody Products, the client said. Billings were undisclosed but Newell Rubbermaid spent about $20 million in media for all its combined divisions in the first 10 months of 2002, per CMR. McCann’s media arm, Universal McCann, handles media duties for all the Rubbermaid accounts the agency handles.
