NEW YORK Interpublic Group’s McCann Erickson WorldGroup said it has named Luca Lindner president of its WorldGroup office in Mexico and evp, deputy regional director of McCann Erickson’s Latin American/Caribbean operations, which encompass 31 countries.
The appointment is effective immediately.
Lindner, 44, was most recently vice chairman of Leo Burnett’s European, Middle Eastern and African operations. He will relocate to Mexico and will report to McCann Erickson Latin America/Caribbean regional director Jens Olesen.
In a statement, Olesen said, “Luca is one of the industry’s most respected global advertising executives.
