Jennifer Lupa has been named vice president, director of new business development at McCann-Erickson in Los Angeles. Lupa, 33, previously served as vice president of management on the Nestle account. She reports to McCann general manager Ian McGregor. The shop also hired Scott Stanner, who was formerly a planner on the Mitsubishi account at Deutsch/LA in Marina del Rey, Calif., as vice president and senior planner working primarily on Nestle. He will report to Simon Little, executive vice president and director of strategic planning.
