In response to the October disaster spawned by Hurricane Mitch in Central America, Dieste & Partners has launched relief efforts that will provide funds and emergency supplies to displaced victims.
The Hispanic advertising agency has made its Dallas office available as a local drop-off point for clothing, canned foods, dry goods and blankets bound for Honduras, El Salvador and Nicaragua. An estimated 9,000 people were killed and millions others left homeless by the hurricane.
In addition, the agency will mail holiday cards marked “Happy $19.99”
