MasterCard Marks Park's Sesquicentennial

NEW YORK MasterCard will help celebrate Central Park’s 150th “birthday” as the title sponsor for a series of events throughout the year, the company said.

The Purchase, N.Y., client will have credit-card exclusivity as the preferred payment brand for all Central Park anniversary-related products and donations. MasterCard is teaming with the Central Park Conservancy and the city’s Department of Parks and Recreation to launch the celebration on April 29.
