MassMutual Enhances Deal With USTA

BOSTON MassMutual inked a five-year renewal of its global marketing partnership with the U.S. Tennis Association.

The agreement includes continued sponsorship of the U.S. Open and support by the Springfield, Mass.-based client of the proposed “U.S. Open Series,” a collection of televised pro tennis events slated to begin this summer leading up to the Open. Terms were not disclosed.

The pact provides for a media commitment during U.S. Open broadcasts; sponsorship of the tournament Web site, including an online promotion; and a MassMutual/U.S. Open Junior vignette to air during CBS’ telecast of the U.S. Open’s men’s final.
