Advertising Ventures Inc., Providence, has promoted two staff members to vice president: Tracy Silva and Mary Sadlier. Silva spent nine years running production at United Printing and several more overseeing pre-press at Advertising Ventures. Sadlier was manager of public relations at Southcoast Health System in New Bedford, Mass., before joining the agency’s client services department.
