The brand is collaborating with Walmart for the activation

After buying their first home together, Mashable and Walmart just invited every internet user inside for a virtual tour. But unlike most housewarming parties, if guests like the couch pillows, fur rug or Adirondack chairs, they are encouraged to buy their own with a click of a button.

For the past 10 years, media platform Mashable has engaged with audiences in real-time at the South by Southwest Interactive festival in Austin, Texas. But because of the pandemic, what used to be a physical installation on Austin’s East 6th Street will now be a virtual activation in collaboration with Walmart this week.
