The Richards Group has named Doug Martin principal. Martin will head brand initiatives for the Home Depot, Adam’s Golf and Bahama Breeze accounts. He joined the Dallas-based agency in 1989 and rejoined in 2001, six years after leaving. Between stints at Richards, he worked at Wieden + Kennedy and Leagas Delaney on brands such as Miller High Life, Miller Genuine Draft, Nike and Adidas.
