LOS ANGELES–Martin Creative L.A., launched in September as a creative satellite for Richmond, Va.-based The Martin Agency, has moved into permanent office space in Santa Monica, Calif., hired a creative staff and completed its first advertising campaigns.





Agency executives have also stated their intention to turn the office into a full-service operation.





Creative director Jean Robaire, who is heading the office here, has hired Sally Hogshead, Shyam Madiraju and Gavin Powers in creative roles. Award-winning copywriter Hogshead and art director Madiraju joined from New York shops Fallon McElligott Berlin and Lowe & Partners/SMS, respectively.
