NEW YORK — Marriott has expanded its relationship with McCann-Erickson by giving the shop its Renaissance Hotels account without a review. Althoug billings were undisclosed, Renaissance spent $1 million on media in 2000, according to CMR. The previous agency was Siegelgale in New York.

The assignment includes advertising directed at both leisure and business travelers.

In January, Marriott shifted to McCann the B2B portion of its estimated $45 million account for six brands, five of which were handled by Siegelgale.
