Marketing Magic Previews ‘QM II’ for Travelers

ATLANTA Vacationers considering a cruise on the Queen Mary II luxury liner can preview the ship’s amenities in a video shot and produced by Marketing Magic.

The Hollywood, Fla., independent shop produced the video as a project for Cunard Line, the Miami-based company that owns the vessel. The 17-minute video blends vintage clips shot aboard the original Queen Mary in the 1930s with footage of the ship’s successor. The video was produced in the VHS and DVD formats.

At a total cost of $986.3 million, the Queen Mary II is the most expensive ocean liner ever built. It began making its trans-Atlantic voyages earlier this year.

Marketing Magic also is working with the PAX television network to create and produce promotions for the network’s fall season of shows. The agency has been placing media for the West Palm Beach-based network for the past two years. PAX previously produced its promotions in-house.
