The M1 Partnership, formerly The M1 Agency, has designated Adam Kaufman president and chief strategist, a new position. Prior to joining M1 in Culver City, Calif., Kaufman, 44, was chief of strategy for H, a developer of marketing automation software in San Jose, Calif. He also worked as managing director of Zentropy Partners and creative director at Anderson and Lembke in San Francisco.
