Erwin-Penland has named Tony Lowe senior art director on the Verizon Wireless account. Lowe arrives at the Greenville, S.C., shop from nearby Henderson Advertising, where he was an art director. E-P has also installed Melissa Hampton as a media planner and buyer for Fatz Cafe, Firehouse Subs and Uniroyal. Hampton most recently served in a similar position at Henderson. Karen Mawhinney has joined as an account supervisor on the ScanSource business. Mawhinney previously was a senior account supervisor at Henderson.
