CINCINNATI – U.S. Shoe awarded its $15-20 million Easy Spirit shoe business to Lotas Minard Patton McIver, New York, after a creative shoot-out with two other finalists. The agency takes over for Fallon McElligot, Minneapolis, which resigned the business earlier this fall. The agency is expected to have a new campaign ready by mid-March. Also in the finals were New York’s Ally & Gargano, and Minneapolis-based Carmichael Lynch.
