Despite the #MeToo movement raising awareness and advocacy against sexual harassment, the need for education and advocacy remains. And while the onus will always be on every individual not to harass, beauty brand L’Oréal is offering tips on how to help when it happens.

L’Oréal’s “Stand Up” campaign was created in partnership with global nonprofit Right to Be, which has a program of the same name dedicated to helping reduce sexual harassment in public by training bystanders to intervene safely.
