DALLAS To accommodate its recent growth, Lopez Negrete Communications will relocate its headquarters to a 40,000-square-foot office space, the shop said.

On Nov. 1, the Hispanic advertising agency will take up residence on the first two floors of the four-story Jefferson Chemical Building in downtown Houston. Kenneth Schnitzer, who is responsible for Houston’s Compaq Center and much of Greenway Plaza, the city’s first planned business and residential complex, originally developed the historic building.

The shop’s 90-plus employees will enjoy the latest technological amenities, eight new conference rooms and two garden atriums.
