Gerbig, Snell/ Weisheimer tapped former J. Walter Thompson Chicago president Brian Heffernan to head its consumer group. Heffernan, who will be an evp at the Columbus, Ohio, healthcare agency, ended a 15-year career at JWT in September. He will be responsible for generating new business, as well as managing relationships with clients such as KeyBank and the Ohio Department of Health.
