Fans of Bert “The Machine” Kreischer know him as a perpetual man-child of many talents. He’s a burly stand-up comedian who often performs shirtless—proudly displaying his ample belly—he’s a podcaster, an actor, a reality show host and a self-identified party animal.

But a new campaign from Liquid Death adds “fitness influencer” and “Midwest sex symbol” to his lengthy bio with an intentionally cheesy ‘80s-style workout video called “Body by Bert.”

But don’t expect Kreischer’s exercise routines to whip anyone into shape, since his warmup consists of stuffing jalapeño poppers in his mouth and his isometric moves are limited to opening a bag of chips.

There are couch squats, Flashdance re-enactments and chicken drumsticks dipped in ranch dressing (that’s meant to cover “leg day”).
