Recent years have seen increased efforts to improve Americans’ health with healthier food options and encouragement to exercise regularly. After partnering with SleepScore Labs to find that Americans lost 74 billion hours in sleep last year, Mattress Firm decided the next step to improve America’s health and well-being is to tackle America’s junk sleep problem.
