New York sound editing facility hsr/ny has designated John Levy sales director. Levy comes to hsr/ny with 10 years experience in broadcast and commercial production sales. In his new post, he will be responsible for the identification of emerging markets as well as client relations. He will work directly with company founder and CEO Howard Schwartz and president Beth Levy. In addition, Lauren Valentin has joined the studio as broadcast business manager. Valentin is responsible for estimates and budgets, celebrity negotiations, contracts, residuals and any special talent needs.
