CHICAGO – Leo Burnett/Guangzhou was assigned Cadbury’s in the People’s Republic of China. Burnett opened its first mainland China office last July with four clients. In September, the agency won the Reebok business as part of an Asian regional assignment, and the agency is in the process of forming a joint-venture operation in Shanghai which is expected to open later this year.
