CANNES A campaign from Leo Burnett Lisbon considered for a Grand Prix award at the Outdoor and Press competition at the 50th International Advertising Festival here was disqualified from the awards show last night.

The text-heavy “Read-a-book” campaign for Ferin Bookstore would have won a gold honor and was in consideration for the top prize. But during the final hours of judging, festival organizers discovered it was not a paid media effort and it was thrown out of the competition.
