DDFB Needham chairman Paul Leeds has resigned from the agency and will set up his own media planning and buying company called Leeds Media & Communications Services. DDB announced that Leeds’ company would be part of The Omnicorn Group’s buying network which consists of Clemenger/BBDO and DDB, but the nature of the connection has yet to be determined. DDB managing director John Ziegler will add the roll of chairman to his current duties.
