CHICAGO – A lawsuit brought against Exito!, a new Spanish-language weekly in the Chicago market, was dismissed last week by a U.S. District court judge here. Chicago Tribune Company has been granted the registered trademark of Exito! in Illinois. Hispanimedia/New York, which publishes Extra, a bilingual weekly in Chicago, had filed a suit that charged tradmark infringement among other things. Exito! is scheduled to debut in Chicago on Sept. 16.
