The major stock indexes finished the week up slightly despite a late report Friday that factory orders were down for the second consecutive month. Worries about another Fed interest-rate hike next week also dampened enthusiasm. The Dow inched up 0.4 percent, or 47 points, to close the week at 10,989.09. The Nasdaq finished the week at 2,121.47, up 0.5 percent, or 11 points. Stock prices of the major ad holding companies all declined for the week.
